Tobis' story can be found here: http://heart4more.org.uk/about-us/what-we-do/ The workshops follow the same format as the workshops we conduct when we visit professional football clubs. Our workshops involve educating both staff and students on signs and symptoms of arrhythmia’s or cardiac arrest, how to perform CPR and what a defibrillator is and how to use one. We work on promoting heart health and healthy living as well as possible heart abnormalities. Our workshops compliment any health inspired lesson plans with a wealth of cardiac and health based information. We aim to create an entire generation of competent, confident lifesavers who, in the event of the unthinkable happening, could perform CPR and use a defibrillator without panic.
